Ursula is a part human, part Octopus creature from the 1989 movie "The Little Mermaid" and is the enemy of Great King Triton.

The Villainous Ursula Costume includes a Black dress with a drop waist bodice, sequin trim and illusion halter neckline with satin trim, an attached necklace with printed seashell pendant, a skirt with layered jagged fabrics in black and purple including satin and tulle plus a black netted fabric with silver print, plus four tentacle peplum in satin with printed suckers and wrist loops.
